Weekly Weather Forecast 7/24/2017 - 7/29/2017
Hey Everybody! I Hope you've had a blessed, safe, and productive week. This forecast for this week is a bit more active, and interesting then the last one! This week will be more eventful weather-wise this week, with the possibility for some scattered Strong-Severe storms in the forecast by Late-Week. So, without any further adue, let's get into it. Before I dive into this week, last update I did mention the Hot temperatures here in Arkansas. That has continued to be the big story throughout the weekend, and from what I've seen so far will continue to be a Hot topic throughout this coming up work week. So Please, stay Hydrated, avoid outside during the hottest hours if possible, and check pets/animals/old people.
Rain Chances - There is a good chance for scattered showers and thunder showers Monday Morning for Northern parts of Arkansas, Monday Afternoon for parts of Central Arkansas, and Monday Evening for parts of South Arkansas (Storms in the Morning could be on the Stronger side.) There's a Slight chance for some scattered showers throughout the day on Tuesday, but I don't think it will be too bad. Wednesday look's clear with possibly a chance for rain in Northeast Arkansas early in the day, nothing major. Come Thursday, a Low Pressure System will be moving in from the great plains, and will bring some instability along with it. with that comes the opportunity for Strong to Severe Thunderstorms. This system will probably NOT be strong enough to produce Widespread Severe Weather, but it will bring some nonetheless, so we have to be aware of that. Thursday Night, into Friday morning, some storms may be strong-severe. No Tornadic action is expected at all. However, nothing can ever be completely ruled out, I mean we are in Arkansas after all. As far as Friday goes, there is a Substantial chance for rain throughout the day in parts of the state, same goes for Saturday up until Saturday Afternoon. That's when I see a substantial amount of clearing. Now bear in mind, this is a full week away so these details WILL CHANGE in the coming days, but this is my forecast as far as right this second.
Temperatures - It's Looking like this week will be just another hot summer week in the state of Arkansas with High's ranging from the Low 90s early in the week to the Mid-High 90s Later in the week. Yeah, It's just a normal summer week here in Arkansas. The GOOD thing about this week though is, we have rain/storm chances in the forecast, which will keep those days from getting too hot, and the night's/Low's will be pleasant because of the evening time storms. So if a downpour moves through your area, the temperature will cool off and you'll be able to enjoy a pleasant evening/night after the rain&storms. So that's one way of looking at it.

I may have said "You can't completely rule out Tornadoes" earlier, because that's just the common sense of things. But the reality of things, I legit do not expect any really bad weather late this week, just a chance for some strong thunderheads is all. So don't be alarmed by my blunt wording.
