DEVELOPING: Snow To Storms‼️

              Hey everybody, how's it going! Last update was about Winter Weather. Now let's talk about a chance for Severe Weather. I have a feeling that pretty soon, we'll be talking about Winter Weather again. Winter, Spring, Winter in the Same Month...... THIS IS HOW YOU ARKANSAS! 

      Our chance for Severe Weather is Wednesday (Tomorrow), and Thursday. At this point as far as Timing, the weather models are hinting at Overnight Wednesday and into Thursday morning. Thursday morning is looking like the more probable timing for any severe weather we have. There is a possibility for some scattered spinup tornadoes at this point.

This is the National Weather Service map for Wednesday Night. The Storm Prediction Center in Norman Oklahoma, has issued a Slight Risk Severe Weather for the West 1/2 of the State. This threat will transition east into Thursday Morning. 

This is the Severe Weather Risk into Thursday Morning as the Severe threat transitions into East Arkansas Thursday Morning

In my opinion I do Believe that this will be a widespread Damaging Straight Lined Winds event, I do not think we will see widespread tornadoes or anything like that due to the timing of the day. But I cannot rule out a spinup tornado or two along the Squal Line itself as this stuff moves through. Just be weather aware as we move into the day on Thursday.      Hey everybody, I hope everybody is having a Fantastic night so far, and I hope everybody is safe. Over the last week, I've been watching a Storm System moving through tomorrow afternoon. The Main threats will be Limited Due to the timing of day, and the level of severity will be limited due to the lack of Instability. See Below.      This is a map courtesy of the National Weather Service in North Little Rock, as you can see here the Primary Threats will be Large Hail, and Damaging Thunderstorm Winds. Tornadoes cannot be ruled out, but are not likely.  This will not be a widespread severe weather outbreak. Mainly because this will come as two waves of moisture. The first wave of showers and storms will move through early in the morning on Thursday, SOME MAY BE STRONG. So for those getting up for work, and school, be aware of this. Overnight Storms

     Hey everybody, how's it going! I hope you guys are having a good day so far. I know I haven't done any weather updates recently, haven't had much going on weather wise, and I'm in the middle of a busy work week, so I just haven't had time to do anything. But I'm making time today, because we have a storm system coming in overnight tonight, and into tomorrow morning. So lets take a dive into it aye.     As far as Timing goes, It's looking like Late this Evening in Oklahoma, Later tonight in West Arkansas, and moving left to right across the state during the Overnight Hours. So for Central Arkansas 12-2AM would be a good bet, and East Arkansas 2-7AM would be a good bet.     As far as what the threats are, well mainly due solely to the timing of the night this will move in, the MAIN threats are Hail, and Damaging Straight Line Winds. Tropical Arkansas!?!?!?!

     GoodMorning Everybody! I know you're probably wondering what's up with my Title Lol. Well, I have something to share with you guys. Okay, so you remember last Post, I touched on the subject of the Atlantic Basin Hurricane Season activity picking up right.? Well turns out that I was actually right! It was more of a "Hunch" Comment if you will, that I made. I didn't want to say it because I was unsure about that feeling regarding the Hurricane Season because it's been soo long since we've had to discuss Hurricanes here in Arkansas.
