      Hey everybody, how's it going. Well I neee to inform you about some severe weather that could possibly be moving into the state today. Now The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) In Norman Oklahoma has issued a Slight Risk Area for Severe Weather. It outlines the Southern 1/3 of the State. Little Rock and Surrounding areas included. Here's a pic of the risk area.

Now The risk is for Hail,  and possible damaging Thunderstorm winds. Strong to Severe Storms basically. Now the tornado threat is low. But it is Arkansas so nothing is impossible. Just to clarify, a risk area is NOT a Watch of any type. It just tells you what areas the Storm Prediction Center will be looking at for Severe Weather and what type of severe weather they're looking for.      Hey everybody, I hope everybody is having a Fantastic night so far, and I hope everybody is safe. Over the last week, I've been watching a Storm System moving through tomorrow afternoon. The Main threats will be Limited Due to the timing of day, and the level of severity will be limited due to the lack of Instability. See Below.      This is a map courtesy of the National Weather Service in North Little Rock, as you can see here the Primary Threats will be Large Hail, and Damaging Thunderstorm Winds. Tornadoes cannot be ruled out, but are not likely.  This will not be a widespread severe weather outbreak. Mainly because this will come as two waves of moisture. The first wave of showers and storms will move through early in the morning on Thursday, SOME MAY BE STRONG. So for those getting up for work, and school, be aware of this. Overnight Storms

     Hey everybody, how's it going! I hope you guys are having a good day so far. I know I haven't done any weather updates recently, haven't had much going on weather wise, and I'm in the middle of a busy work week, so I just haven't had time to do anything. But I'm making time today, because we have a storm system coming in overnight tonight, and into tomorrow morning. So lets take a dive into it aye.     As far as Timing goes, It's looking like Late this Evening in Oklahoma, Later tonight in West Arkansas, and moving left to right across the state during the Overnight Hours. So for Central Arkansas 12-2AM would be a good bet, and East Arkansas 2-7AM would be a good bet.     As far as what the threats are, well mainly due solely to the timing of the night this will move in, the MAIN threats are Hail, and Damaging Straight Line Winds.
