WINTER WEEKEND FORECAST

     Look forward to Cold temps today tonight, maybe a scattered shower or two this evening or late tonight. Tomorrow evening we have a chance for scattered LIGHT Snow Showers. Tomorrow night into Monday their could be a Dusting to an inch of Snow in certain areas around Central Arkansas. NO BIGGIE.North Arkansas Could see a Dusting to TWO inches In FAR North Arkansas. But North Central, and Central Arkansas will just see a Dusting to An inch. VERY LIGHT Accumulations. NOTHING MAJOR. So Yess Sunday Night into Early Monday morning YOU MIGHT see Snow once again around the Little Rock Area. #ARWX       

 A Winter Weather Advisory has been Issued for North Arkansas due to the Chances for Inclement Weather. This Advisory Area will be expanded South and East further into the state as time progresses.

     Hey everybody, I hope everybody is having a Fantastic night so far, and I hope everybody is safe. Over the last week, I've been watching a Storm System moving through tomorrow afternoon. The Main threats will be Limited Due to the timing of day, and the level of severity will be limited due to the lack of Instability. See Below.      This is a map courtesy of the National Weather Service in North Little Rock, as you can see here the Primary Threats will be Large Hail, and Damaging Thunderstorm Winds. Tornadoes cannot be ruled out, but are not likely.  This will not be a widespread severe weather outbreak. Mainly because this will come as two waves of moisture. The first wave of showers and storms will move through early in the morning on Thursday, SOME MAY BE STRONG. So for those getting up for work, and school, be aware of this. I'm doing this update to inform you guys of our first rain chances of the new year! First for two things aye! Overnight Storms

     Hey everybody, how's it going! I hope you guys are having a good day so far. I know I haven't done any weather updates recently, haven't had much going on weather wise, and I'm in the middle of a busy work week, so I just haven't had time to do anything. But I'm making time today, because we have a storm system coming in overnight tonight, and into tomorrow morning. So lets take a dive into it aye.     As far as Timing goes, It's looking like Late this Evening in Oklahoma, Later tonight in West Arkansas, and moving left to right across the state during the Overnight Hours. So for Central Arkansas 12-2AM would be a good bet, and East Arkansas 2-7AM would be a good bet.     As far as what the threats are, well mainly due solely to the timing of the night this will move in, the MAIN threats are Hail, and Damaging Straight Line Winds.
