Severe Weather and Flooding Concerns

Hey Everybody how's it going. Just want to start by saying hope you are enjoying your Memorial Day, Save some food for me!!! Salute to all my lost family members, and salute to all of the Soldiers that gave their life for our country. Now down to the niddy gritty.  I made a post yesterday concerning Flooding, well today that is STILL a concern but now we must add Severe Weather to the equation. There's a pretty powerful Low Pressure System spinning out of the Central Plains, it will be lifting north. So with it will come a front, with any front that comes through this time of year strong to severe storms will come with it. This comes through as a broken line of storms, but it's coming from the southwest instead moving directly left to right, it will be moving diagonally, up the I30 corridor, while simultaneously moving East into Central Arkansas. As this broken line of storms come out of North Texas and West Oklahoma, they will have a good amount of energy with them. There is spin in the atmosphere, so Tornadoes will be a concern this evening and tonight because these storms will be moving in during peak daytime heating (Point in the day where the ground temperature reaches it's hottest). So Im sure at Some point in the afternoon just like yesterday, a Tornado Watch will go out for a large area of the State due to the propensity for these storms to rotate. Storms that are out ahead of the broken line of storms, or main area of storms will have a higher chance of being severe. So Isolated Storms will have to be watched more closely. No as this line moves towards Central and East Arkansas it WILL weaken and Jell more into a Line and mainly be a Severe Wind threat at that point. I do expect numerous Warnings to go out,  and maybe a FEW tornado Warnings early in the night. Make sure you watch the news, stay aware of what the Weather around you is doing, keep your phones on, make sure you follow me on social media, I'll keep you updated on what's going on, and all watches and warnings.
The Storm Prediction Center in Norman Oklahoma has issued a Slight-Moderate risk area for severe weather for areas of the State. Most of the state including Central Arkansas is under a Slight risk for severe Weather. West and Southwest Arkansas gets a raised Area Of Concern with for Severe Weather. Extreme South Arkansas (Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma border) gets a Moderate Risk for Severe Weather.  Primary threats are wind and hail, with an Isolated threat for Tornadoes with some storms.
